Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to drive product sales and expand our customer base across key markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, conducting field visits, and promoting company products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other relevant channels.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target markets
  • Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors
  • Promote company products and communicate ongoing promotions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth


Order Management & Customer Service:

  • Receive, process, and confirm customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and in-person visits
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to inquiries


Payment Follow-Up & Account Management:

  • Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices
  • Support the finance team in ensuring timely collections


Record Keeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer engagement


Market Intelligence & Coordination:

  • Provide feedback on competitor pricing, customer preferences, and market trends
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any science-related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or related sectors
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with e-commerce sales channels is desirable
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Time management and organizational skills
