Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Must have a deep understanding of FINLAB products offered, including their features, specifications and applications.
  • Ability to interact with customers visiting the showroom or reaching out via phone, email or other channels; provide assistance; answer inquiries, and offer guidance to help customers find the right solutions for their needs.
  • Able to conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the products. Highlight how these products can meet the specific requirements of the customers.
  • Able to prepare and present quotations tailored to the needs of potential customers. Provide accurate pricing information, terms and conditions.
  • Follow up with potential customers to address any additional questions or concerns they have. Maintain communication throughout the sales process to nurture leads and facilitate closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including educational institutions, manufacturing companies, research institutes, etc. Understand their needs and provide support and assistance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments in the same line of business. Use the knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted according to company procedures.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Strive to exceed customers' expectations in terms of product quality service and support
  • Interact with other departments within the organisation, such as marketing, quotation, purchasing and finance, to ensure coordination and delivery of products and services to customers.           

Requirements:
  • The ability to drive and sales experience in a scientific company will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of an HND in physics, chemistry or science laboratory tech.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • The applicant must reside on the mainland, preferably in Yaba, Ilupeju, Ojota/Mile 12, Oshodi, etc.
  • Preferably a female candidate.


Remuneration: NGN 120,000 plus performance bonus when the target is achieved.

Location: Ilupeju

Note: The applicant must be ready to resume immediately.
