B2B Sales Executive
Job summary
<p>We are looking to hire a commercially driven B2B sales executive to grow our footprint within the hospitality industry. This is a front-line revenue role focused on both new business development and account management.</p>

- Acquire new clients within the hospitality sector
- Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue per client
- Position and sell a premium beverage portfolio
- Maintain consistent client engagement and service levels
- Deliver against agreed sales and revenue targets
- A proven experience of 3-5 years
- A minimum qualification of an HND
- Direct experience in beverage or hospitality sales
- Demonstrable track record of hitting sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Existing, active network across hotels, bars, restaurants, and cafés
- Strong understanding of on-trade dynamics and purchasing behaviour
- Confident presenting premium products to decision-makers (F&B managers, bar managers, owners)
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Candidates with backgrounds in bartending or hospitality operations who have transitioned into sales are of strong interest
- Experience with premium or luxury brands is a plus
- Rapid onboarding of new, high-quality hospitality clients
- Strong retention and repeat ordering from accounts
- Clear revenue growth within the first 3–6 months
- Ability to independently manage and grow a sales pipeline
