<p>We are looking to hire a commercially driven B2B sales executive to grow our footprint within the hospitality industry. This is a front-line revenue role focused on both new business development and account management.</p>

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new clients within the hospitality sector
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue per client
  • Position and sell a premium beverage portfolio
  • Maintain consistent client engagement and service levels
  • Deliver against agreed sales and revenue targets

Requirements:
  • A proven experience of 3-5 years
  • A minimum qualification of an  HND
  • Direct experience in beverage or hospitality sales
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Existing, active network across hotels, bars, restaurants, and cafés
  • Strong understanding of on-trade dynamics and purchasing behaviour
  • Confident presenting premium products to decision-makers (F&B managers, bar managers, owners)
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware

Additional Notes:
  • Candidates with backgrounds in bartending or hospitality operations who have transitioned into sales are of strong interest
  • Experience with premium or luxury brands is a plus

What Success Looks Like:
  • Rapid onboarding of new, high-quality hospitality clients
  • Strong retention and repeat ordering from accounts
  • Clear revenue growth within the first 3–6 months
  • Ability to independently manage and grow a sales pipeline

Remuneration: NGN350,000-N500,000 net salary
