We are looking to hire talented Telesales Representatives to join its growing team for a Regulated Brokerage Firm that has been in existence for 13 years. Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by identifying/acquiring new customers for the company’s products or services. You will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on achiev

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Sales presentations
  • Relationship building
  • Sales negotiation and closing
  • Sales pipeline management
  • Market Research and competitive analysis
  • Collaboration and reporting

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a brokerage firm (B2B or B2C environment).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, financial market trends, and customer needs related to the company’s products/services.
