Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell kitchen and household products to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and direct marketing
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to maximise satisfaction
- Achieve agreed sales targets within assigned timelines
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyse market trends, track sales performance, and provide status reports
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitor activities, and new product opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in sales and marketing (preferably kitchen, household, retail, or FMCG products)
- Minimum qualification: HND in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Representative
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to build professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to create and deliver customer-focused presentations
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Location: Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly
