We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in financial services, particularly within microfinance or commercial banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate quality leads and convert them into profitable sales.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets consistently.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Promote the company’s products and services with a strong understanding of their value proposition.
- Conduct client visits to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, and availability.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within Finance Houses
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle and customer engagement process.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Must have verifiable experience and references in the financial industry.
