Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert potential clients across all services.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and weekly reports.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Follow departmental SOPs and provide feedback on market trends.
- Assist in client follow-up and relationshipmanagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Team player with basic digital marketing knowledge.
- Residence on the island most preferable.
