Job summary
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market expansion across all business units. Build and manage a high‑performing commercial team and work closely with Fleet/Operational and Real Estate managers to convert commercial plans into reliable delivery.

- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Set and achieve revenue targets across consulting, mobility, and real estate divisions.
- Lead and supervise sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor KPIs, including conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage departmental budgets and optimize marketing spend.
- Build strategic client and partner relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing multi-service or multi-industry portfolios preferred.
