Mining and recycling sales and sourcing Agent

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and onboard sellers of solid minerals, metals, and recyclable materials
• Engage and qualify buyers, including traders, factories, exporters, and end-users
• Conduct preliminary commercial discussions in line with Company guidelines
• Register leads, sellers, buyers, and deal details on the Company’s platform
• Coordinate deal progression from sourcing through execution
• Support basic operational and logistics coordination where required
• Ensure compliance with the Company's trading standards, documentation requirements, and ethical guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing and sales activities

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience or strong networks in: Solid minerals, Scrap metals, and Commodity trading.
• Industrial sourcing or export markets
• Ability to independently source buyers and/or sellers
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Smartphone literacy and reliable internet access
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

Engagement Terms:

• Engagement is on an independent contractor basis
• The role is non-exclusive, subject to Company policies
• All activities must be conducted strictly within Company-approved processes
• Either party may terminate the engagement at any time, in accordance with the agreed terms
