Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make 80–100 outbound and follow-up calls per shift to potential and existing customers.
- Promote the company’s logistics and supply chain services to new and existing clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Degree in a related field
