Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, Keeping good sales records and achieving sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements


Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products/services.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.


  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of fashion designing and understanding of customer needs.
