Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve ₦80M+ in monthly sales (land & buildings)
  • Leverage your network to close premium deals
  • Motivate and manage a winning sales team
  • Collaborate across departments for smooth client experiences
  • Represent Mshel Homes at events and exhibitions


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in real estate sales/management
  • Proven track record of ₦80M+ monthly sales
  • Strong client network in Lagos & Abuja
  • Based on Lagos Island or nearby
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented


Location: Lagos (Island preferably)
