Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in power, electrical, or infrastructure industries, with the ability to develop strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Motivated to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the power and infrastructure sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast sales and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with technical and service teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Minimum of Second Class Division).
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a power company, electrical equipment, or infrastructure solutions (UPS, AVR, Lithium, power systems, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Target-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
