Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the power and infrastructure sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with management to forecast sales and prepare regular performance reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with technical and service teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Minimum of Second Class Division).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a power company, electrical equipment, or infrastructure solutions (UPS, AVR, Lithium, power systems, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Target-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
