Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead qualification
- Present and demonstrate Spray Me and eVisitor solutions to potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and venue managers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports
Market Development:
- Identify market opportunities and potential client segments
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Build strategic partnerships with complementary businesses
- Provide market feedback to the product development team
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
Customer Success:
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Collaborate with support team to address client needs and concerns
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
- Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software/technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
- Understanding of Nigerian business culture and market dynamics
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in event management or the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of visitor management or security systems
- Familiarity with digital payment platforms
- Additional Nigerian languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa)
- Previous experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products
