Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead qualification
  • Present and demonstrate Spray Me and eVisitor solutions to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and venue managers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports


Market Development:

  • Identify market opportunities and potential client segments
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Build strategic partnerships with complementary businesses
  • Provide market feedback to the product development team
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities


Customer Success:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients
  • Collaborate with support team to address client needs and concerns
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software/technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
  • Understanding of Nigerian business culture and market dynamics
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience in event management or the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of visitor management or security systems
  • Familiarity with digital payment platforms
  • Additional Nigerian languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa)
  • Previous experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products
