As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a result-driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales growth across Epe, Lekki, and Ajah. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a passionate, proactive, and experienced individual who understands the food and FMCG industry and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory (Epe, Lekki, Ajah).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Actively promote and sell the company’s range of food products to retail outlets, supermarkets, distributors, and other relevant clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3–5 years proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Epe, Lekki, and Ajah markets is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site and travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (added advantage).

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000 Plus Commission
