Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up on sales leads, promote the conversion of potential customers, improve the transaction rate and average transaction value, and ensure the achievement of core performance indicators such as sales volume and collection rate.
• Identify potential customers through multiple channels, including online channels (social media, industry websites) and offline channels (exhibitions, ground promotion, channel cooperation, and referrals from existing customers), and establish comprehensive customer information files.
• Be responsible for answering inquiries about products/services, clearly introducing product features, advantages, pricing systems, and cooperation policies to customers, and accurately matching customers' needs.
• Participate in business negotiations, contract drafting and signing, clarify the terms of cooperation, and ensure the compliance of contracts.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years or more of sales experience in the relevant industry; candidates with mature customer resources and high-performance track records are preferred.
• Understand the market rules, characteristics of customer groups, core selling points of products in the industry, and be familiar with the situation of competitors.
• Strong sense of goal orientation, efficient work style, ability to quickly respond to customer needs and company instructions, proactively advance work, and avoid procrastination.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and possess certain sales skills.
