Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, or referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid knowledge of the company’s offerings
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the team
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or other sales tools
- SSCE/OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
