Job summary

We are seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for the sales of all product categories in the assigned region

Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Working Hours: Full Time

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Product introduction & launch in the channel of BA, Dealers, Consultants, etc
  • Making & submitting business proposals to channel partners & all enquiries
  • Selection of relevant channel partners
  • Responsible for sales of all product categories in the assigned region
  • Support for Maintenance & updating of MIS
  • Provide full support for data management & back-end operation
  • Coordinate with commercial departments to meet the product delivery timelines of the channel
  • Payment follow-up & collection
  • Implementation of all BTL activities
  • Conflict resolution & partner management
  • Updating weekly & monthly reports
  • Interface with commercial/back-end sales teams for sales-related matters/order processing
  • Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time
  • Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices/proposals/payment collection
  • Collecting competitor information and preparing a market study
  • Retention & increase of market share for the assigned product category in each account
  • Handling capabilities of the channel partner's team


Requirements:

  • 3 years in target-driven sales
  • This position is open to every graduate in any specialisation.
  • PG: MBA/PGDM - any specialisation, Sales & Marketing
  • Computer and Mobile efficient
  • Good communication skills
  • Effective team management
  • Ability to develop good customer relationships
  • ERP efficient and good multitasking capability.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products like Solar On-grid projects, UPS Inverters, Batteries Solar Panels etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with regional language competency.
