Responsibilities:
- Hit the Streets: Spend 80% of your time in the field. Visit shops, clubs, and markets to open new accounts.
- Crush Targets: Drive sales volume across retail and wholesale channels.
- Own Your Territory: Map out Lagos, spot competitors, and make sure our brand is visible everywhere.
- Report & Win: Use Google Sheets to track your wins and report progress daily.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of on-field sales experience (an FMCG/beverage background is a huge plus).
- You can use Excel/Google Sheets on your phone without issues.
- Ability to handle "No" and turn it into a "Yes".
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with business needs.
- Familiarity with the best routes and major markets in Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
