Job summary
The Sales Executive (Motors) is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to individual and corporate customers while delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and closing vehicle sales to achieve assigned targets and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell vehicles to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and sales terms within company guidelines.
- Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and customer records.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicles, specifications, and financing options.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends if required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
