Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities for product growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years proven experience in FMCG sales or distribution.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of trade marketing, retail, and route-to-market strategies.
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good time management and organisation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (an added advantage).
