Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and any other designated channel
- Provide product recommendations and close sales
- Process and follow up on orders
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions with customer engagement
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content creation and customer-focused storytelling
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy and familiar with social media platforms
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
