Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and conducting market research to identify new sales leads. Duties include delivering product presentations, providing customer service, executing sales strategies, managing sales targets, and conducting client training sessions to optimize satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in delivering training and guiding clients effectively
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals by implementing strategic initiatives
- Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of the financial and insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
