Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection
- Manage all online sales channels, including website, WhatsApp, TikTok and Instagram DM
- Take, confirm and process customer orders accurately
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate with dispatch/logistics partners
- Update inventory software and website with stock/orders
- Support to create and post engaging product content (photos/videos/stories)
- Handle customer complaints or queries with professionalism and warmth
- Record customer feedback and assist with ideas for improvements
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree - Studied Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Mass Communication and related courses.
- Recent graduate with 0-2 years of experience in sales or retail
- Tech-savvy and very comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
- Passion for children's fashion and customer service
- Friendly, patient and energetic (important for kids’ retail)
- Ability to multitask between walk-in and online customers
- Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems
- Creative eye for merchandising and content
