Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market penetration, and strengthening dealer networks for air conditioners and televisions within the assigned region. The role combines strategic marketing, trade development, and performance management to accelerate Daikin’s residential market share.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Expand the dealer network across the assigned region.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers to improve distribution coverage.
- Visit dealer outlets regularly to promote the brand and educate dealers on Daikin’s value proposition.
- Drive sell-out growth per dealer and improve overall sell-out velocity.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in versus sell-out performance to ensure healthy stock movement.
- Improve regional distribution penetration and market visibility.
- Track, evaluate, and manage dealer performance against agreed targets.
- Implement Daikin display corners in key dealer outlets to enhance brand presence.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities within the region.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain strong dealer relationships.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances,
- Proven track record in dealer/channel sales management.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive performance across territories.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
