We seek a results-driven Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead 2W and 3W sales, expand market share, manage dealer networks, ensure smooth operations and after-sales service, and lead a high-performing regional team to drive business growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales targets for 2W & 3W product lines, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market penetration.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, customer segments, and dealership networks.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Implement marketing activations, field sales programs, and demand generation activities.
  • Onboard, train, and support dealers and channel partners to ensure effective product representation and customer service.
  • Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Build strong relationships with key dealers, fleet operators, and transport unions.
  • Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and planning teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Oversee regional warehousing, dispatch, and distribution efficiency.
  • Monitor sales-to-stock ratios and propose interventions to manage slow-moving inventory.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance of regional sales officers and field staff.
  • Set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and support skill development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values and customer service excellence.
  • Prepare and present regional performance reports including sales metrics, forecasts, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory compliance across operations.
  • Coordinate with finance and credit teams to manage receivables 


Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
