We are hiring a Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, greet clients, and provide administrative support. This role ensures smooth office operations and positive client experiences.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors, and manage check-ins.
  • Handle incoming calls and email correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks as required.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for staff.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a receptionist or in office administration.
  • Senior candidates must have certification in related courses.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Must reside within or around Ajah / Ikota.
