Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors, and manage check-ins.
- Handle incoming calls and email correspondence.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for staff.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a receptionist or in office administration.
- Senior candidates must have certification in related courses.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must reside within or around Ajah / Ikota.
