We are seeking a friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Cargo & Logistics office located in Egbeda, Lagos.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and direct all visitors and clients who come to the office.
- Manage the switchboard, answering, screening, and directing all incoming calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keep the reception area neat and organized at all times.
- Help with basic office tasks like filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND/HND in any related field.
- Proven customer service or front-office experience is a plus.
- Must have a professional and friendly manner
- Must be skilled with basic office tools (computer, printer, email).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work the full weekly schedule.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm) & Saturday (9 am - 2 pm).
