Job Purpose
Strategic responsibility for executive protocol and high-level engagement governance at CapitalSage Holdings. This role ensures professionalism and reputational protection during interactions with DFIs, regulators, government officials, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage governance and coordination of executive security and escort arrangements, ensuring risk-aligned logistics without assuming tactical command.
- Coordinate movement flow and dignitary interfaces with security teams for seamless, professional engagement execution.
- Enforce Group-wide protocol standards for hosting, etiquette, and dignitary handling to ensure consistency across all subsidiaries.
- Centralize and prioritize high-level engagements involving government bodies, DFIs, investors, and international partners.
- Act as the primary interface between the GMD’s Office and external stakeholders to maintain professional tone and protocol adherence.
- Prepare and quality-assure executive briefing materials, stakeholder profiles, and risk assessments to align strategic messaging.
- Manage reputational and diplomatic risks by ensuring all high-level engagements are pre-approved and thoroughly prepared.
- Institutionalize executive engagement processes through the development of protocol playbooks, templates, and documented workflows.

Requirements
- Degree in Business, International Relations, Law, or related field (Postgraduate preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in Executive Office, Protocol, or Government Liaison roles.
- Proven track record of engagement with senior government officials, regulators, DFIs, and investors.
- Strong project management skills and experience operating in high-pressure, high-discretion environments.
