Job summary
Ideal candidate is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, will maintain a professional, tidy lobby and often handle mail, scheduling, and security protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors, clients, and guests, as well as issuing visitor passes and managing security logs.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and managing emails.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling correspondence
- Keeping the front desk, lobby, and sometimes meeting rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma
- 2 years experience
