Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to oversee and drive growth across a diversified retail and service business comprising a premium spa service, a UK baby essentials store, and a grocery outlet. The ideal candidate must be strategic, sales-driven, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Oversee daily operations across the spa, baby essentials, and grocery units
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning
- Develop promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives
- Monitor financial performance, sales targets, and KPIs
- Manage inventory planning and supplier relationships
- Lead and supervise operational staff to ensure service excellence
- Provide regular business performance reports to management
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Management
- Strong background in sales strategy and revenue generation
- Experience in retail, FMCG, spa/wellness, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Highly presentable, professional, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and drive results
