Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Ibadan and the surrounding regions.
- Conduct market research to analyze local trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share

Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Ensure excellent post-sales support and manage customer feedback to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Brand & Market Representation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns that resonate with the local audience.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and performance against KPIs for management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within real estate.
- Track Record: Demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
