Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and play-based activities.
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and record children’s progress and behavior.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
- Incorporate Montessori principles and materials into daily routines.
Requirements:
- Minimum
of NCE or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed. / Early Childhood Education) or related
field.
- Montessori certification or training is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a preschool or Montessori setting.
