Responsibilities:
- Plan all lessons in the weekly plan book, including details of lesson objectives, teaching methods, homework (where appropriate), and opportunities for differentiated teaching.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to cater to students’ divers.e needs and interests.
- Maintain records of students’ assessment results, progress feedback, or school performance, ensuring confidentiality of records.
- Set clear objectives for all lessons and projects, then communicate these objectives to students.
- Establish and enforce rules for behaviour and procedures to maintain order among students.
- Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education.
- Minimum of four years’ teaching experience in CRS and preparing students for WAEC and IGCSE.
- Valid teaching certification/PGDE or currently in progress.
- Excellent level of English( Spoken and Written).
- Strong classroom management.
- Modern teaching methods.
- Digital literacy and utilisation of technological tools.
- Support moral, ethical, faith-based development.
- Facilitate community service & values-based projects.
- Able to lead respectful, engaging discussions.
