Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Surveillance structure for academically deficient students.
- General monitoring of students’ academics, morals and physical appearance.
- Supervision of Prep Class activities.
- Supervision of the weekly mentorship exercise.
- Supervision of lesson for weak students.
- Coordination of brilliant students/weak students peer pairing exercise every week.
- Quality Control check on tutors on the following: Proper endorsement of notes, Notes given in accordance with the scheme of work. Assessments given in line with the college’s rules and regulations. Proper labeling of assessments. Endorsement/Handling of class registers, Checking the lesson plan weekly, Checking the diary filling weekly
- Handling JS 3 placements.
- Handling curricular and extracurricular activities such as movie download for borders, birthday celebration and gathering mails from suggestion box.
- Giving Reports on Students’ Academic progress.
- Monitoring and giving reports on the foundation students in the college.
- Filling of academic reports
- Submission of weekly online report to the Director
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
