Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Handling calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining files, documents, and records
- Running errands and performing personal tasks when required
- Taking meeting minutes and preparing reports
- Reminding the employer of important deadlines and tasks
- Acting as a liaison between the employer and others
