Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Greet visitors and assist them with inquiries.
  • Prepare and organize documents, files, and records.
  • Manage office supplies and make orders when necessary.
  • Assist with data entry, typing, and simple record keeping.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, scanners, and computers.


Requirements:
