Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Teach and manage nursery or primary school pupils effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, lesson notes, and classroom activities in line with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate pupils' academic performance and progress.
- Maintain discipline and create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Participate in school meetings, events, and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management regarding pupil progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and classroom activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./B.Ed.) in Education or a related field.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and child development.
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Previous teaching experience is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000.
