Merchandiser Sales Executive
Job summary
The preferred candidate will maximise product sales by ensuring well-stocked, properly priced, and attractively displayed inventory in retail locations. Also responsible for tracking inventory levels, building relationships, and analysing sales trends to improve product placement and boost profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and update in-store displays, shelves, and promotional materials (planograms) to attract customers.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate products to ensure freshness, replenish shelves from warehouse inventory, and remove damaged/expired items.
- Track sales trends, analyse, and report on sales performance to optimise product ranges and increase turnover.
- Communicate with store managers, vendors, and clients to negotiate better shelf space, address issues, and build brand presence.
- Ensure correct pricing, signage, and compliance with company branding guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales.
- Ability to stand for long periods and sometimes lift heavy objects.
- Strong communication, organisational, and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of planograms and basic computer software, e.g., MS Office, Excel, is compulsory.
- Valid driver’s license, as the role might involve visiting multiple store locations.
- Proximity to Ikeja and Lekki is important
