- Minimum 5 Years experience.
- Good Knowledge of managing restaurant kitchen with 120 Pax restaurant capacity.
- Can manage a team of Expert and Indian Chefs and helpers in the kitchen.
- Can run all the kitchen operations smoothly.
- Reporting to management with all daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- Can control Purchase and reduce pilferage and wastage.
