Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors; activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential customers.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-development activities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification OND,NCE,HND,BSC in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [2] years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
