The BDO is responsible for expanding the clientele by identifying, building, & delivering sales targets. The candidate will manage new & existing clients/parents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies that promote the school's brand, attract new opportunities, and foster relationships that contribute to its success.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's programs, achievements, and unique offerings to attract new students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Collaborates with school leadership to develop long-term strategies that align with the institution's vision and goals, ensuring sustainable growth and development.
- Ensures that all business development activities comply with legal and ethical standards, especially concerning student recruitment, admissions, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, enrollment data, and feedback to provide reports and insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Competency and Skills required:
- B.Ed. or B.Sc. in a relevant course
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Team player
- Possess time management skills
Compensation & Benefits

- 5% commission on tuition for every pupil enrolled.
Key Performance Indicator: ≥25 children per term.
