Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for staff
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
- Manage network infrastructure, Wi-Fi connectivity, and cybersecurity
- Support construction project management software and tools
- Provide IT support for site offices, ensuring connectivity and system uptime
- Collaborate with project teams to implement IT solutions for construction projects
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure data security
- Assist in IT procurement and vendor management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, project management software, and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel to construction sites as needed
- Ideal candidate must reside in Lagos.
