Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies for proposed developments or redevelopment projects.
- Advising on optimal land use, planning permissions, zoning regulations, and building codes.
- Performing compulsory acquisition assessments and negotiating compensation claims.
- Conducting formal property valuations for sales, acquisitions, taxation, mortgages, insurance, and financial reporting.
- Analyzing real estate market trends, transactional data, and rental yields to determine accurate property values.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- No experience/less than 1 year of experience.
