Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth and Expansion Manager. Based in Abuja, the role includes a flexible arrangement for partial remote work. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and developing market expansion initiatives. This involves conducting market research, analyzing data, crafting growth strategies, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The role also entails closely monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize operations and expand adoption of cNGN.

🎯 What you'll own:

→ Drive cNGN's user acquisition, ecosystem partnerships, and revenue growth

→ Lead market expansion into new African markets and diaspora corridors

→ Close strategic partnerships with exchanges, fintechs, banks & DeFi protocols

→ Build and execute data-driven growth experiments across B2B and B2C channels

→ Develop pricing models, revenue pipelines, and enterprise sales cycles

✅ You're a great fit if you have:

→ 5+ years in growth, BD, or commercial strategy in fintech / payments / Web3

→ Deep knowledge of the Nigerian & African financial services landscape

→ A strong network across crypto exchanges, fintechs, or DeFi ecosystems

→ Proven ability to close high-value partnerships and hit growth targets

→ Experience with CBDC, stablecoins, or regulated digital asset products (a plus)
