Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day preparation and management of meals for the CEO.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and kitchen organisation
- Prepare a wide variety of Nigerian and Continental dishes, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, Igbo local soups, grills, and other requested meals
- Ensure meals are prepared and served at the appropriate time
- Develop weekly meal plans and introduce sufficient variety to avoid repetitive meals
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a chef, private chef, executive chef, Household chef, or a similar role
- Strong practical knowledge of Igbo soups
- Must be able to commute to Guzape conveniently
- Very clean and particular about hygiene
- Creative with meals and Menu Variety
- Good knowledge of meal presentation
- Preferably Married
- Preferably a male candidate.
