Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Training & Learning

Participate in company-organised training sessions and workshops.
Learn about departmental processes, policies, and best practices.
Shadow experienced staff to understand day-to-day operations.

Task Execution

Assist teams with daily tasks, projects, and administrative duties.
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare basic reports.
Support team members in completing assigned work accurately and on time.

Project Support

Contribute to departmental or cross-functional projects.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet project goals and deadlines.
Provide fresh ideas and suggestions to improve processes.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit progress reports to supervisors.
Maintain accurate documentation of tasks, training, and observations.
Present findings and insights to team leads when necessary.

Professional Development

Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
Accept and apply feedback from supervisors.
Develop soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
