Our client, a reputable retail and consumer goods company, is seeking a Female store manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate store staff and activities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
Maintain accurate sales and stock records.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Implement and enforce company policies and operational standards.
Oversee visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
Manage cash flow, sales reconciliation, and deposit records.

Requirements:

B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store management.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Must be reliable, proactive, and customer-focused.
