Our Client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our CEO in our business and management development organization. The successful candidate will manage the CEO's schedule, provide administrative assistance in organizing and packaging our training programs, and support sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the training industry and be passionate about education. This is a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and conference calls.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including drafting and editing correspondence, preparing reports, and completing other tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate and package training programs, including creating schedules, coordinating with trainers and speakers, and overseeing logistics and materials.
- Source experienced and knowledgeable lecturers, trainers, and speakers to teach in our programs.
- Coordinate the scheduling of training programs and manage logistics, including travel, accommodations, and materials.
- Oversee the packaging of training programs, ensuring all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and of high quality.
- Maintain up-to-date records of training program attendance, feedback, and results.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Support the Sales and Marketing Executive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, and other sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales and marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the business.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their objectives.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably in the training or education industry.
- Proven experience in sourcing lecturers, trainers, and speakers for educational programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, with experience in creating marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be capable of overseeing the tasks of others.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
Remuneration: NGN 1m - 1.5m Per Annum depending on experience.
