As the first point of contact for our Spa, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience for our visitors and clients. The receptionist is also responsible for managing the front desk area and assisiting with administatve tasks.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receiving customers at the spa by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Answering incoming phone calls about customer's enquires and bookings
- Accurately process, change and cancel spa appointments
- Provide customers with detailed description of spa treatments, packages, services and hours of operation
- Ensure that all payments made at the spa is handled in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Diploma
- 1 year of working experience
- Organizational skill
