Job Summary

As the first point of contact for our Spa, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience for our visitors and clients. The receptionist is also responsible for managing the front desk area and assisiting with administatve tasks.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving customers at the spa by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Answering incoming phone calls  about customer's enquires and bookings
  • Accurately process, change and cancel spa appointments
  • Provide customers with detailed description of spa treatments, packages, services and hours of operation
  • Ensure that all payments made at the spa is handled in accordance with company policy.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Diploma
  • 1 year of working experience
  • Organizational skill
